Shipping Price includes handling & packaging expenses, not only actual shipping costs. Shipping times are best estimates not a guarantee. We are usually able to ship your order within 1-3 business days. If you have a time constraint, please let us know in the comments section of the order form or by email and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We may change the shipping method if we determine the delivery time difference will be negligible.

RETURN POLICY: You can return any item purchased from NepaliShop.com for a full refund minus shipping costs within 30 days from the date of purchase. Simply ship back the unused/unwashed/unworn, item with tags in the original condition it was shipped and we will credit you the full item price. Original Shipping charges are not refundable.
Items returned after 30 days will be charged a $5 restocking fee. NO RETURNS AFTER 45 DAYS. (Items purchased as gifts between November 19 and December 31 may be returned by January 15 with no restocking fees.)

We appreciate the hard work our armed forces do around the world. Regretfully, we cannot ship to APO's due to long delivery times/complaints, and lack of delivery confirmation. We suggest shipping to a relative and having them ship it on to your current location.
